My Story

The Journey

Hi I'm Jasmine, the heart and face behind Train with Jasmine. Movement has always been at the heart of my life. From hiking up mountains with my grandpa as a child to exploring gymnastics and dancing, I grew up understanding the joy and freedom that come with staying active. It wasn't long before I realized that movement wasn't just a pastime—it was my passion.

That passion led me to explore a variety of disciplines, including fitness, functional training, calisthenics, animal flow, yoga, and more. Over the years, I've blended these practices into a holistic approach to movement, one that strengthens the body, sharpens the mind, and empowers the soul.
